Lady Parma Violet is a very enchanting c1906 little 10 inch Steiff antique bear (no button), wearing her cute vintage dress. She has a beautiful endearing look to her and retains 90% of her soft light coloured mohair. She has a tiny hole to her left cheek and one small hole to back of her head ( pics available). Additionally she has a long insert of mohair to outside of her left arm but with that cute face what can you say, she is a very special little early Steiff. 3 original pads in excellent shape, 4th has a small insert. Dear little 3 inch high, c1930s Steiff mohair bear with her little gold coloured die cut basket with a pink flower in it. Kupcake is a very cute little antique bear who sadly lost one of her ears in the past but is still very alert. Virginia Stockley: C1906 Virginia Stockley is a beautiful 9 inch antique Steiff bear ( no button). She has original felt pads, original eyes, nose and mouth stitcing and wears a beautiful dress and attached shoes although they just don't quite fit her so we have given them to her to tie around her neck in case she mets her Prince Charming. Hand pads have stitched repairs, foot pads are excellent for their age. Ovearl she reatins approx 75% of her pretty light blonde mohair A714.

LOIS AND RIBBON

Lois and Ribbon. Lois wears a beautiful little dress and she is most probably an antique American bear, with wear to pads, neck is now stitched into position, 2 limbs fixed and arms move as one. A very sweet little bear. Ribbon is an early Bear possibly Ideal and has no fur so in totally loved condition. Both love to play so make very good companions.

1981 14 inch Paddington Bear - antique suitcase available

Poor old Paddington is looking for a new home, he has been with his original owner since new but now homeless, He's in excellent condition, born in 1981 but has lived in a smoke environment so he does need airing, coat has not faded even under the collar it all looks good, apart from some light surface dust to his snout he is very clean underneath, fur is soft and no holes to felt pads. The antique suitcase is my own which is also available.

Gardenia: A very pretty c1905 cone nose 12.5 inch high Steiff bear who would have had a blank button in those days ( no longer present). She has a gorgeous expression quite wistful and retains approx 70% of her light mohair which would have once been white. She wears a very pretty old dress. Original paw pads, small amount neat darning to 2 pads & slight wear to 3rd pad & 4th is fine. 4 claws to 3 limbs, 3 claws to 5th limb. Small hole at end of snout but stable, one tiny frayed are to lower left leg. A fantastic early Steiff A677

c1915 VERY RARE SANCY CEYLON

This bear is an incredible addition to any bear collection in being a c1915 rare white 20 inch Farnell bear with 98% wavy mohair coverage. She is GORGEOUS and has such a lovely expression. Sancy is now a creamy white and has exquisitely replaced pads - looking like when first made, in fact we could not see how anyone managed to do such a perfect job as it looks as though with web claw stitching that the original thread re used. A tiny bit of mohair loss to back of head see close up. You will never find another white early Farnell in this condition. Claw stitching to feet slightly different shade - a tremendous bear. If you are looking for the Ceylon star of your collection then this is THE Bear. A471B

NEW IN TIPTOES EARLY RARE CHAD CAT WITH BUTTON + SILK LABEL!

Tiptoes a wonderful old early Chad Cat who rarely has his celluloid button at back of his neck and clearly readable. He has a red and white label silk tag stitched into his inside left leg. Tiptoes is approx 4.75 inches in length and his tail needs slightly better securing so that it stands upright, there are two small holes exposing wool wool and wear to underside of his tail, He is quite a rarity with both his sewn in tag and that celluloid biutton to back of his neck. A very pretty shade of blue circa 1940s finely crocheted dress; to tops of arm should a have been loops and buttons, a group of 3 I believe but I have just threaded through with ribbon to secure, a steh buttons and loops are long gone, this should fit a 24 inch bear well or a little smaller, Henrietta although a 27 inch antique bear has the build of a 24 inch old bear. One sleeve seam needs stitching as well but it can easily be done and this is such a pretty old item from the 40s which looks tremendous on an old bear

GORGEOUS BOY AND GIRL VINTAGE BAG FOR ANTIQUE BEARS

A gorgeous unusual child like thematic vintage tapestry bag totally apt for an antique bear as an accessory, or it would also look great with some tiny bears peeping out over the top. I have never seen another like it and the reverse side is the same pattern. as well. Inside there is rusting around the metal clasp and a little bit of top of interior is missing. Otherwise the little bag is excellent for age to the exterior. It measures 7.25 inches wide x 6.25 inches high.
