C1905 LITTLE DAFFODIL with Blank Button

A totally adorable c1905 BLANK button antique 10 inch Steiff bear who was once white but nowadays has gentle aging so is more a very pale blonde. Blank button is still present and she has the sweetest expression. Daffodil wears a pretty vintage coat and meatching beret, one of the cutest Steiff!

AMETHYST A VERY RARE LILAC 24 inch JOPI LIKE 1920's BEAR

Amethyst is an incredibly rare 1920s German 24 inch antique bear possibly by Jopi, as she is very Jopi like in appearance. She has the longer length mohair with at least 80% coverage that has good colour which has gently faded over the years. All original felt pads, one hand pad has 1 small hole, original painted back eyes with some loss, nose/mouth possibly added to. A really special old bear with a wonderful gentle expression. SN/AP1

LINCOLN c1908 AMERICAN PATRIOTIC TRI COLOUR BEAR

A rare early American Patriotic Bear c1908 made possibly by The Art Novelty Company in New York, who claimed to be the originators of the Patriotic Bear. Ted originally had red white and blue mohair but he's now virtually bald with 1 of his eyes missing; where missing eye is located there is a small lightbulb just under so he could have been made by another manufacturer. Pads replaced and someone's covered his feet in what looks like socks! I can feel a long and tubular item in his back. Wearing a wonderful outfit made up of an antique USA flag, old stiff collar and bowtie and some old braid with 3 old Indiana audition badges attached. Perhaps he dressed himself for a competition?

c1907 SERENIA ADORABLE 20 inch Centre Seam Steiff

Serenia is just adorable a c1907 Steiff 20 inch rare centre seam bear ( no button ). She wears her antique wax beaded Wedding head dress a baby Wedding gown, which has wear but is still a wonderful item with being satin lined and lovely bow detail.. she has a few neatly darned repairs to right arm; professionally replaced pads. there is overall wear but she still retains a fair amount of mohair.

POLARIS 16 ins long - STUNNING POLAR BEAR WITH NECK MECHANISM

Polaris: A FANTASTIC condition c1920s mohair polar bear 16 inches in length and 6 inches high with a special neck mechanism possibly made by Deans in the 1920s; he is much whiter than images are portraying and in really lovely condition with off white mohair, there is very little wear; he has little ears and a little tail, felt foot pads pads. The neck mechanism works well enabling him to look up and down and side to side.

Where do we start with this incredibly well loved - with one false arm 1930s 19 inch antique Chiltern Teddy bear; he's only for lovers of old and loved and beaten up! He loves his bandana and denim dungarees. Thankfully he never saw a skip! SN/B386a etc

Tullah is one of the prettiest girls on the planet! Steiff c1906 antique 12.5 inch bear with button in ear, she has such a beautiful expression, wearing her pretty green embroidered dress with net jacket, She has some wear - lovely soft fur; original pads with repairs etc. Her mouth and nose stitching are worn away through love over the years. VINTAGE SILVER PIED PIPER RATTLE STILL IN ORIGINAL BOX

Beautiful silver rattle with a "Pied Piper" theme where a dancing Pig is seen following him.This is the first time we have ever had the pleasure of offering a vintage silver rattle still in its box; silver hallmarked, lion, anchor and letter T signifying Birmingham 1968, it has a little surface tarnishing in places (easily cleanable) but overall has a good clean silver glow with a lovely mother of pearl handle and a nice teether. Overall length from ring top to base of handle is 5.1 inches. A really lovely item. Original cotton security still at top of rattle, cotton tie has broken at bottom, we don't wish to remove it from its box.

VERITY

Verity, a lovely condition 16 inch off white c1918/20s American bear, she is in excellent condition for her age. The off white mohair is in very nice condition, pads are original with only a couple of minimal tiny holes. The nose stitching may have been oversewn some time ago but this bear is of a high quaility and very underpriced for its size and condition.

"OLD RED" RARE RED c1914 MASCOT BEAR

An adorable RARE RED c1914 very well furred Farnell Soldier /Mascot Bear. He is a deeper red than images are showing and he is an excellent example of such an old WW1 antique bear. In two years time it will be the 100th anniversary of the commencement of WW1 and these little bears represent a very sad time.

REALLY RARE WHITE WW1 SOLDIER CAT

INCREDIBLY RARE WW1 originally white Mascot Soldier Cat by Farnell. She has now faded to beige & is dusty and although retaining alot of fur & she does have age wear. Original glass green eyes, little felt ears, some wire armature is appearing through feet which is often the way with these lovely litttle characters; some whiskers still present. No tail, they are almost always missing as it was a mere thread that kept them in place. She is wearing a delightful coffe coloured crochet tabard which someone crocheted for her, over a net skirt. I feel she could well have gone to war due to the wear. Totally adorable.

LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD - A WELL DRESSED VINTAGE BEAR

This is a very sweet little vintage wool plush c1940s standing Bear (unjointed) measuring approximately 12 inches high, wearing the most adorable Little Red Riding Hood outfit, consisting of red felt boots, period skirt, red felt cape with matching bonnet. She has glass eyes, she's partly wood wool stuffed. Overall she is in excellent condition, just a little age dust, Felt is un-faded condition; Soles of boots have wear and glue marks where she most have been stuck to something at one time. Apart from this she is very very cute.
