Henry Asquith, a superb large 27 inch early antique Farnell Bear c1929/30 with very long arms. He's been in a private collection for some time. With a beautiful expression; he retains at least 95% mohair cover. Slight wear to fabric top of snout; totally stable. Original, eyes, pads, nose stitching. He is not that heavy being part wood wool and kapoc stuffed. He has gorgeous appealing large eyes with a lovely passive expression. Wearing his hat, antique bib, old bowtie. He's lovely! SN/B412

RARE 1936 EDWARD V111 CORONATION CORSAGE FOR OLD BEARS
A very rare 1936 Edward the V111th Coronation pinback with corsage. Edward abdicated in 1937 so only reigned for 12 months. The actual picture part is a pin back with good colour, in fact it is all good in colour and easy to pin onto an old bear's jacket or clothing. The flower is alittle fragile to one side but perfectly okay once in situe.

RARE AMERICAN C1911/1912 ROOSEVELT BEARS GLASS PLATE
A rare piece of Early antique bear history a c1911/1912 American heavy clear glass plate featuring the two Roosevelt bears at the top draping the natural plate curve. Overall in excellent condition for its 100 years. The plate has 1 teeny nick which is hardly noticeable at all. There is a slight imperfection to glass centre as shown but this was formed from hand blowing at manufacture. The bears look as though they are coming out of the glass and we have never seen one like it before. There are some age old surface scratches to the middle of plate but overall this is really a fine rare piece.

MORIARTY
Moriarty - a wonderful early antique c1916 Farnell Bear 18 inches to ears & 17 inches to top of head. A very handsome chap retaining over 90% of beautiful long wavy mohair. Farnell mohair is 1 of the highest quality. Original eyes, linen foot pads. Hand pads with original claw stitching but 1 insert behind this to 1 wrist. Almost undetectable are his replaced ears, the look & feel of the ears is exactly the same as the rest of him; whoever did the work carried it out impeccably. There is wear to 1 foot at the front a little thinning in a couple of other places but overall he retains a good 90%. He is a superb bear.
RARE - OLD "RED WORK " EMBROIDERED TEDDY BEAR QUILT
A wonderful OLD TEDDY BEAR RED WORK Quilt measuring approximately 72 x 76 inches. The delightful embroidered bears have little tassels as belly buttons, some are missing. This item is 2 sided but there is no padding inside. It is tied and not quilted. There si alittle yellowing and soem colour run to reverse side, soem edging has frayed but apart from this, it si a wonderful item for darping over a chair or bed and displaying the bears on.

An antique c1920s heavy weight but silky rayon yarn in a lovely crochet which has an angora trim to the neck and wrist ends. Henrietta has been modelling it (she however is not for sale). C1913 BENSON THE BIG 20 INCH EINCO DOGGIE **RARE SIZE**
BENSON is a fine old English 20 inch very early c1913 Einco big jointed mohair Doggie with extremely hard to find replacement eyes; so much like his originals. He does have overall wear to his mohair and repairs to his feet but he is a rarity in this larger size and is wearing his denim dungarees suitabke for when he goes on long walks.

This is definitely the best "Aerolite" Button c20s Chad antique bear we have had the pleasure to offer. He is a wopping 26 inches in length, super light and super soft retaining a lovely condition aerolite button in his right ear, beautiful condition painted back moon eyes, original pads with wear, and what a beautiful face. He has 95% mohair cover possibly more but there is minimal thinning, he looks so much better than his photos and we suggest you act early to secure him as he is a wonderful old bear.

Tawney Barney is a very rare Jopi wool plush (17 inches tall to his fluffy ears) bear. He's a rarity in this colourway, blonde & tipped with black - very much like an owlet!
